Drunk toddler couldn't stand on his legs.
Bratislava - Police have found 167mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood in a 17-month-old toddler in the western Slovak city of Levice, said media reports on Wednesday.
The toddler's 23-year-old mother, who was under the influence of alcohol herself, had been sleeping next to the child when neighbours called police and social services.
