When August A. Busch III began his retirement on Friday, he knew his thirst would not go unquenched for at least six years.

Along with an office, clerical help, personal and home security services, and fuel and shelter for his jet, Mr. Busch, the former chairman of the Anheuser-Busch Companies, will receive an uncommon postretirement perk: free drinks.

A summary of his six-year consulting agreement, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, says that the company “will also provide draught beer services and packaged products to your residence as you may request.”
